Interior advisory and project management

Germani Notel is not just rooms and apartments!

Giulio, Carlo and Pietro are engaged in related projects, which allow them to expand their concept in different sectors, such as the advice and design of accommodation facilities, the interior design of commercial activities and the promotion of a new concept of hospitality.

Giulio is the architect of the Germani Notel structures: he studied architecture at the Polytechnic University of Milan and concluded his master's degree course with a thesis on the development of the accommodation type of "albergo diffuso", popular hotel. One of the most interesting architectural concepts carried out in our structures, in addition to the restructuring and transformation of Cabanon, is the Tiny House, located in Cavalcaselle, facing the two two-room apartments Dante and Alighieri connected to the B&B. The project saw the transformation of a small shed inherited from an aunt into a Tiny House, a small bungalow on two levels, with vintage furniture, air conditioning, balcony and a tiny garden, unique in its kind (often occupied by Giulio who made it his habitual residence).
